I recently relocated back from Cardiff to Leominster where I was in discussions with Dawn, one of the Directors here. She was considering me for a Recruitment Consultant role as well as any other roles that were suitable to my CV and experience, however kept advising that there isn't many roles on the market at the moment, nor any temp work.

I managed to find myself a perfect permanent role within a week.

Dawn also said she'd respond back to me upon seeing my CV again and I've heard nothing in over 10 days, not even an acknowledgement to me sending in my CV.

I understand people are busy, however I know being in Recruitment for over 5 years that a little email does not take longer than a couple of minutes to send.

I have used Recruitment direct on three occasions, two being short term contracts that placed my skills in the right place and around the right people. On the third time the position was perfect, I was a poor fit to the placement culture, it was me that could not adapt. I feel recruitment direct did an exceptional job in finding placements for me in such a limited area and deserving of a 5 star rating.

Very genuine and honest agency. Offer you what they can when they can and are honest if not. They will genuinely remember people and do the best they can. Extremely efficient with wages too. They have a good rapport with local businesses. Everybody gets personal and professional service. Excellent.
