James Hartwell at React has been working with us at Charles Clarke Builders doing a very comprehensive migration to the cloud. He has been very patient with novice computer users and has guided us through each step, being on all call with any issues we have encountered. He has done site visits, helped us remotely and been at the end of the phone when required. James is a very friendly approachable individual, who knows his stuff! Having used React Computer Partnership as IT support for our business P R Roast & Co Ltd for several years now I cannot recommend them highly enough. Every issue that we have had has been dealt with promptly and by skilled IT advisors. The phones are always answered quickly and we have gotten to know the individuals that work there and they are always incredibly polite and more than happy to help. One of the reasons we moved to React from our old support was the cost, they proved much cheaper than comparable quotes and I can honestly say that the service has been as good as the value.
