Went in here to withdraw some money, asked about the possibility of having 20pounds in pound coins, the woman behind the counter, tanned with glasses is soo rude, one word answer of no, no reasoning and sits there like a bulldog chewing wasps. I know it's Monday but Jesus Christ crack a smile, feel for any retired people going in to get their pensions because that might be the only conversation they have in the day and if its with her they'll leave depressed.

Mostly friendly staff and pleasant service, whether buying something or sending a parcel! Just an observation, a couple of staff don’t seem as friendly but can come off as stand offish, I mean they do their job, but seem like they are a robot with no emotion. But that may not be any fault of their own, just possibly how they talk and they don’t mean anything intentionally. Or they may just be tired! Don’t want to complain! Mostly, positive feedback!

Whilst I'm disgusted at what happened like most with the horizon scandal. Boycotting my local post office won't help Nick. The amazing sub postmaster who runs the place. He's so lovely and will go out of his way to make sure you get the right and cheapest postage for your item. The post office itself is lovely with an array of beautiful cards and packaging bits. I rarely go in now since royal mail put up it's postage prices. I send a lot of parcels via vinted and people don't want to pay RM prices. But I do love having a chat with him or the ladies who work there when I do. They all remember me and the kids from my frequent visits during mat leave. It is truly a part of our community and we need to keep using it.

Great asset to the town. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff able to offer a wide range of services. Why spend 10 minutes clicking buttons on a website when you can tax a car in seconds and speak to a human being!

We’ve been using this post office for some years.

The owner I think he might be called Nick is absolutely fantastic.

He goes out of his way to help my wife particularly when was sending money orders to Uganda .

Absolutely first class.

We actually drive out of our way to go there for the service.

One of the nicer post office branches in the area. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff for example they don't turn their noses up when you drop off a large parcel! Plenty of parking in the area. This is how all post offices should be run.
