I emailed a problem I had today with regard to the manufacture of support stockings 2.15 today. its now 4.00 pm and I have had a very pleasant email response to confirm that a replacement order will be made asap.
Having read the feedback page, I am saddened to hear that so many are quick to judge. Country wide NHS is on its knees. The fact that houses are being built at an alarming rate, without the basic support services put into place. This includes, Doctors, Dentists, Schools, Public Transport, Firemen. Please put your energies into lobbying government...I read yesterday that the Plans to improve Hinchingbrooke are now likely to be put on Hold...

Awful place. Went in needing to make an appointment for a nurse to take a blood sample, but the dragon on reception was only interested in interrogating me why I needed to see a dr from another surgery and that they had to know what this dr was doing. I am registered as a patient at this Ramsey surgery. She couldn't grasp that it was a referral from this surgery. Her manner was obstructive uncooperative and rude. She then left me standing at reception where she disappeared out the back for quite some time then came back with another woman who was supposedly a supervisor equally obstructive and rude in manner. She was adamant that they were being helpful. No they weren't. They were unfriendly obstructive and frankly rude and not how you expect people working in the care service should behave. They refused to give me an appointment. They told me to leave. I cannot recommend this surgery. Their customer service skills dealing with people who are merely seeking to arrange appointments are appalling.. I wish I could give zero stars as giving them one is misleading. They do not even deserve one star!

wouldn't see a newborn on a temp registration based on the fact i've diagnosed it myself as a umbilical hernia and based on that diagnosis it's not urgent and he can see his normal GP 100 miles away (they're assuming i am on point with my google skills and home diagnosis) off to addenbrooks i guess, hinchingbrooke might aswell be a butchers they also let one of my unborn children die instead of doing a section

Not happy at all about the handling of my daughter’s mental health issues. There seems to be not much understanding of these problems amongst staff. I also booked an appointment on Monday for her for Friday at 9am we are still waiting it is 10.12am everyone has been seen and gone. When I asked the receptionist she said there was a delay and we will be next that was at 9.45. How could it been a delay when everyone was seen before us even people came much later

As with most GP surgeries everyone will have different and subjective experiences with theirs. Fortunately I generally have very positive experiences with Ramsey Health Centre. They are usually able to accommodate short notice appointments and most of the staff I have dealt with have been kind and caring.

Quite frankly the worst doctors surgery I've ever encountered. These doctors don't care at all. Dr Izibeya Otobo shouldn't be able to practice, he's the most vile person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Patronising, condescending and rude. He needs to be reported.

I always find the reception staff very friendly and understanding.
Non-urgent appointments can be booked online which is really convenient. For more urgent matters, the doctors call you back very quickly indeed.
Have had no issues getting an appointment.
I find the doctors and nurses are empathetic and easy to talk to.
Would definitely recommend.
Thank you RHC for your continuing care of my family and me.

It's been getting harder and harder to collect your medication and this week I've been on the phone for 45 mins and no one's answered. Which means I won't get them until next week..

I'm meant to have a blood test every three months and nothing now for other 9 months.

I received a better service when we was in Lockdown. Not sure what's happened but everyone I talk to has the same experience...
