I returned to the area around three years ago and can only say that the Surgery is as good as always, if not better. The recent CQC Outstanding rating is well deserved. All medical staff show a caring, professional attitude with reception staff almost apologetic if an appointment cannot be arranged within a couple of days. We are truly spoilt.

I have no doubt the doctors are brilliant regarding physical issues but I am saddened and disappointed by their lack of knowledge and understanding of mental health problems. I also find it frustrating that when talking to them they stare at the computer screen which gives the impression that they really don't listen. Of course they need to write notes - but it makes me feel like I am not being listened to.
I'm not angry, just deeply saddened that I can't get the right help from my GP.
Every time I have to make an appointment or speak to a doctor on the phone my anxiety seems to increase.
I would recommend this surgery for any physical issues and give them 5 stars. But if you need help with mental health issues I am sorry to say this is not the surgery to go to.
