The salon is lovely and also excellently run by wonderful people.

I had my haircut cut by Katie. She is an amazing stylist and a lovely person. She made me feel at home and so comfortable. I went in looking and feeling old. I came out feeling a million dollars.

Thanks Katie for my wonderful new look. Your cutting skills are so good I can manage my style really easily myself.

See you again as soon as I need another cut.

I went today, my first haircut in a very long time as i’ve never been able to find a place i really loved. I finally found it! everyone was so lovely and my hair has never felt better. I could cry i’m so happy. I think it was Katie who cut my hair (she had blonde hair), she’s absolutely lovely and so professional. Thank you so much for taking me so last minute even though I have really thick hair. I will definitely be back.

I recently had my hair cut by Lynsey, it hadn’t been done for a while and I am growing out a misjudged box dye from Covid. Lynsey advised how to achieve it without cutting it all off and timescales. It now looks amazing, I was so happy I booked my daughter in and she loved having a grown up haircut in a lovely salon. I would recommend the Ramsbottom salon as it is very clean and in a great location with lots of easy parking which is a big bonus the rest of the staff were really friendly too I’m looking at trying the other services on offer

Always really friendly and professional. I've been coming here since moving to the area and I used to be a regular customer at the Prestwich shop before it closed. My wife has even started to visit and she was very impressed! They don't rip you off and if you're really lucky, they'll offer you a glass of fizz or a beer! Makes the whole experience very pleasurable. 5* from me and my wife. Thank you everyone! 😊

The team are amazing!! Really friendly and can't do enough to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your experience. The Beautician is an absolute expert, and the hairdressers are wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. They make you feel like you're visiting old friends and I'm always happy with the result.

Always late and make you wait for your appointment. Today when I arrived for my prebooked treatment was told that they were running at least 45 minutes behind. Awful attitude too, made it seem as though it was my fault I had turned up on time
