This system is obviously not working. Been a week I’ve been trying to get an appointment with pain and blood in urine. Told to do online then got text saying not an online triage to ring, spent 15 mins waiting to be told all 18 appointments have gone on that time! Told to go to walk in centre! This is ridiculous. I’m worn out trying to get seen by a doctor! It’s not easy for everyone to go to walk in centre. What’s the point of a local gp! I just can’t get an appointment!

I have had to give 1 star as not able to give lower. I'm amazed that it has a current rating of 3.1. This surgery is no longer fit for purpose, it is impossible to get a GP appointment in under a month. If you join the telephone lottery at 8am your call gets cut off after listening to the pre recorded info bit. By the time you eventually speak to reception...... no appointments left for the day! If you go online to try completing the online triage, you get informed the system can't take anymore enquiries! This surgery was excellent when i first joined 6yrs ago, it has rapidly gone down hill since 2021. Too many administrators and not enough gp appointments! This surgery needs to be closed down and replaced by a surgery that actually serves the people of Rainworth.

Been with this practice for many years, the last few weeks I have attended the surgery for treatment with the nurses and just like to add what excellent care I have had, they have been so friendly, helpful and accommodating, making it all stress free they are a credit to their profession.
The Doctor who got me admitted to hospital the same day as I saw her was excellent.
Also I found the receptionists friendly and helpful.

Filled in a triage form this morning, it’s says to wait 3 days for a response which was fine. 30mins later get a call from my doctor and sorted straight away with a prescription very impressed with the service.

This surgery is beyond a joke. The ladies are condescending and rude. Susan hung up the phone 3 times. The practice manager needs to listen to the way they speak to patients with a genuine 111 referral and blatantly refuse to help. Look at other feedback given they seriously need a shake up If the job is too much for you get another job there is no care what so ever. Soon as you mention you want to complain the attitude gets worse.

The GP's are great, but you won't get to see them without a fight. The receptionists (not all but most) are so rude, I understand they gatekeep but the tone and lack of help is appalling. The phone lines are a joke and just cut you off constantly. You simply cannot get through in a morning. The online triage system is even worse, patients aren't triaged fairly. Complaints aren't listened to and to be blunt, they don't care. My child was ill with an infection that required antibiotics and receptionists gave no other options or advice.

This doctors surgery on Warsop Lane in Rainworth is rubbish they say ring at 8am by 8.45am I rang them 200 times too get my 19month old son a same day appointment in the end had too ring 111 to get him a same day appointment this shouldn't be happening as not fair on the NHS. Then today I have had too ring 111 again too get a doctor from the 111 service too ring me too prescribe me some anti sickness tablets for my pregnancy as doctor at the surgery can't give me a quick call too do me a prescription. Things doctors can do and I'm having too ring the 111 service shame on you Rainworth surgery. Where is your respect for the 111 NHS people.
