Did not listen to what I ask for. Shaved all her fur off. I have a cockapoo, she all has long fur on her ear because she doesn't like the feel of the shaved, it make her shake her head. This lady shaved her ear when. I told her not the shave them or to shave the top of her head as will like it long and we all so gave her really bad cliper burns to her private area. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Plus take 5 hour to a dog. That is yo long. Should only take 2 half hours

It has taken me a while to write this review as I still have not got over it.
How can a professional groomer think this is an ok cut for a Pomeranian? My instructions were tidy him up, but leave the mane and the tail. Can you imagine if I hadn't said that.?He would probably have ended up bald.
It was embarrassing taking him out for a walk.

Always absolutely fantastic! I have used Rainworth dog groomers every month for nearly 4 years with my Yorkshire terrier. Kay is polite, understanding and very welcoming with every appointment. I know my Yorkie is being taken good care of, he always comes back looking 1000/10 and happy after his grooms. Great prices and I trust her with my little baby 100%.

Kay is totally professional: she listened extremely carefully to what I wanted in terms of length of cut for Pippin, and carried it out exactly. I am extremely happy with Kays hard work: I bought the full groom, Pippin came out glowing, nails perfect, shampooed and set, blow dried, ears done etc. She also went above and beyond with Pippins groom, by clearing her glands. When I arrived to collect dogsie, Pippin was extremely happy and had obviously had a great time. Thank you so much Kay, this was her first time being groomed by you and you will now be the 'go to' dog groomer from now on. 5* (Before and After photos included 🙂)

Absolutely 100% recommended to all. We adopted a yorkie cross who had not been groomed ever. Kay was and still is absolutely wonderful with her. She has the patience of a saint and Luna always smells and looks fantastic. 🐾

Kay as always groomed my Bedlington terrier Charlie. He is a rescue and suffers with high anxiety but always seems calm with Kay. He always looks terrific and smells a bit fresher for a short while at least.

Friendly, knowledgeable and the welfare of the dog always comes first. Kay's knowledge of dogs is brilliant. Always willing to help with anything. Gives training tips, help and advice for reactive dogs and anything doggy related. Our dog always comes home happy. He's excited to see Kay too. He can't wait to get out of the car to get inside. Reasonably priced. Perfect.
