I was so happy to find Rainham Motors.

I have a Japanese import Mini, and it only came with 1 key and when it broke I quickly found out it’s not as easy to get a replacement key as with a UK car!

Rainham Motors was so helpful, quick and very communicative! They ordered two keys for me, kept me updated with timings and sent someone to my location to have the keys programmed once they arrived.

Super happy with the service I received, I would absolutely come back in the future

I recently purchased a Suzuki jimny from Rainham motors. I was introduced to Arv who was friendly, polite and transparent from the beginning. I didn’t once feel like I was under any pressure to buy and Arv accommodated with my situation in every way. I was looking for a VW Touran and had seen and enquired about a number of them being advertised online. I liked the car advertised by Rainham Motors so I did more research on the Company and took time to read the reviews posted by previous customers on Feefo and Google.
Throughout the whole of the purchase process Arv showed himself to be a knowledgeable, professional, honest and genuine individual. He has excellent inter-personal skills and clearly really enjoys the interaction with his customers.
Arv is a great communicator and he kept me updated at each stage of the cars preparation from the installation of an Apple Play system and reversing camera through to the servicing and thorough valet of the car prior to delivery.
Arv personally delivered the car (at no extra cost) to my home and, because he knew that my location is very rural, he made sure that there was plenty of petrol in the fuel tank on arrival so that I did not need to worry about refuelling. He then completed all the necessary registration and tax paperwork and confirmed the 18 month warranty cover.
Overall this has been my best ever car buying experience ....and I am over 60 years of age!! I certainly have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Arv and his car dealership to anyone looking to make a car purchase.
Arv, the dogs had their first trip out yesterday and they love the car as much as I do!! Thank you again from all of us.
