Wish I could give no stars. The worst service the call handlers are rude they will leave you waiting because there gps can’t find you but call and say there here and be upset when nothing to do with customer stay away!!!

Always an amazing taxi service, I frequently use them, the people that answer the phones are always polite and get a taxi within 10 minutes. They are a great service and have not had a bad experience with them.

They’re not the firm they were, once good sadly now bottom of the pile.The original Rainham drivers are still good but most of the Vokes and Windmill drivers (NOT ALL) claim not to know the area and go the long way round (I REPEAT NOT ALL)
Also you more often than not get told they don’t take bookings or sorry no cabs in Rainham try again in 10 minutes. I used them daily for 10 years without issue but no matter how hard I try can’t get cabs when I want them

Rainham Cabs was recommended to me by a friend. I had several taxi rides booked in over the Christmas period. I couldn’t fault anything. Punctual on all journeys there a back. Lovely, friendly drivers with clean cars. The ladies in reception were very understanding of my situation giving a first class service, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic!! Will defo use again.

Booked a cab, waited outside got told the driver was outside well it was outside a house but not where it should have been!!!. Call handler was useless thank god for Uber least they turned up.

I was concerned about using this company, having read some of the reviews, but needed a cab in Rainham. I was pleasantly surprised. Booked a taxi on the previous day - arrived exactly on time, with no problems. Used the same firm again, for the return journey: again, the cab arrived promptly. No problems with booking, and drivers great. Would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
