A very basic train station which is served by c2c trains the ticket hall area is small and there are toilets on platform 2. The foot bridge in the station is old and has a lot of steps. The two platforms are long and outside the station could do with a bit of a make over. There is also a level crossing based at the end of the platforms.

Rainham is a small town to the east of london. It has a small selection of local shops, a very large Tesco store.
There are numerous bus services to other local areas and direct trains to central London.

Rainham is ok, from what I see, a fair few alcoholics/homeless hanging around though, which is a poor state of society in one of the richest countries in the world.

Station is ok but definitely needs some attention. There's not enough space on the westbound platform, the toilets where closed which was not great thankfully there's an enclosed shelter for the London bound but it isn't that big

Lovely little village on the outskirts of both Havering and Greater London. An old fashioned style to the shopping despite having a massive modern Tescos there now as well. Massive new housing estates for 3,000 plus houses for new buyers in this area on what was the old Ford Motor Company's 578 acre or 5 by 3 miles 15 Square miles of estate there b4 the lack of Tory investment drove them away from the UK to fairer shores and Beam Park Railway Station soon to be under construction on the Fenchurch Street Line ( Tory Gov at present has decided NOT to fund its £43million construction cost so work has ground to a halt b4 its even really yet started there ) nearby and in the village itself going on nearby as well. Clean air too. Loadsa walks along the River Thames and a huge wildlife Sanctuary re the Rainham Marshes Country Park Areas nearby. Lovely!

Horrible station. I saw nobody at the ticket office or ticket barriers despite it being lunchtime, the footbridge linking the platforms is old and drafty and they won't let you use the side entrance to get step free access to the London bound platform unless you have "less ability to climb stairs." It's almost like they want to discriminate against the disabled. Service here isn't great either.
