I have never done a review before but this is unbelievable. Please try to explain to me why on earth do I have to call 9000X before you decide to answer the phone? So unprofessional. Every other place no matter the industry always answer the phone. Answer the bloody phone!

Given an appointment over the phone when I booked and payed the fee. Turned up today to be told it was an hour earlier and I’d had a letter in July which I never had. Cancelled a full clinic of patients this afternoon to bring my child out of school to then go back to work.

Receptionist was not phased and gave me an appointment in three months time even though it wasn’t my mistake.

I wouldn’t care I was early for the appointment I was given!!!

We would highly recommend Rainford Orthodontics. All staff are friendly and professional. The difference in my daughter's teeth are astounding. She literally can't stop smiling and wow what a smile to show now. Thank you very much to all of the team 😁

If I could give no stars that would be more accurate. Four appointments for my child to have their braces removed cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The brace is damaged and causing pain but that doesn’t seem to make any difference to them. And if anyone manages to get them to pick up the telephone please let me know how you manage it as I never have!

My daughter is in the middle of treatment at this practice. I have to say they are great. I am limited to the appointments I can make as my daughters school is quite a distance away and they are really flexible and helpful in arranging suitable times and dates. Everyone at the practice is pleasant and helpful and the treatment she is receiving is excellent. Special mention to Mel who is the person my daughter sees the most. She is lovely and explains everything she is doing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We paid private for my daughter’s braces, she is now 12 months after they were taken off. She has a fixed brace top and bottoms and has her retainer. Her teeth are amazing and she’s so happy with the treatment she got from the lovely staff that work at Rainford orthodontists. We have just had a new set of retainers due to her snapping one, again lovey staff and a great service.
