The people that work in this shop couldn’t be nicer. They are very hardworking. They take real pride in their work and not only fixed my tablet but cleaned it, removed all the old stickers and gave it back looking brand new. They immediately contacted me when it was ready and charged me just £5! I gave them more as they deserved it. I’ve been in with another fault that they were able to rectify on a few minutes and they refused to charge me. My step-father had a similar experience and they helped him and didn’t charge him either. They are also just lovely and not at all patronising to someone like me who has almost no technical knowledge which is refreshing! Highly recommended.

I have now had 2x repairs at Radtek. First was a screen replacement on an iPhone 11 and latest being a a software update on a rather temperamental 2018 iMac. The iMac has never run better and the guys at the store (Chris and his son) were both a pleasure to do business with.

Worth looking at the items for sale now and then too as they're great value!

Radtek is an amazing shop, whether you're getting a computer fixed or buying Warhammer. The stock is always full, the people are very friendly and they are very helpful. All in all, it is an amazing place that I would highly recommend.

The screen on my MacBook Pro broke, and I can't be without it for long due to work. Chris ordered the replacement part, and once it arrived, I took my machine in. It was fixed in under 2 hours. Other companies I contacted wanted to keep my laptop for several days. Radtek was also much cheaper than the others! Highly recommended

went with my mum to get her phone fixed as the screen had broken, this has happened to my phone many times after dropping it and spilling drinks on it and can still manage to get it fixed. somehow they managed to make the broken screen 10 times worse and left her with no phone for a week. we took the phone into the shop and they said they can get it done when we went back and checked on it they hadn’t even started on it and when we went back again still hasn’t started on it, so obviously when they did start on it they were rushing and the new screen they put on didn’t fit and when taking that one off they broke it and had to send off. when we thought they fixed it and charged my mum, a few days later the phone broke again out of no where meaning we had to go back to another phone store and get another screen fitted on thinking that would fix it. today the phone broke again and we’re going to have to get it fixed again all because they couldn’t do their job in the first place. very upset and disappointed. the customer service was awful aswell as there was no communication going on ( didn’t tell us when the phone will be fixed/ how long it will take)

The lads at Radtek went above and beyond for me. Staying on until the job was done in a stubborn battery replacement for an iPhone. Very nice, approachable people. Pricing is very modest for the service they give.
