After leaving numerous messages requesting a call back to arrange for someone to take a look at a faulty window at the property we had recently purchased which was covered under a 10 year warranty & fitted by themselves, I have been completely ignored.
I did initially speak to a lady who took my details, on asking for her name for reference she very rudely refused & then proceeded to put the phone down on me.
Numerous answer messages have been left but to date, no call back.
I'm not sure how this company is still trading if this is how they treat their customers.
Absolutely disgusting & so unprofessional.
Avoid at all costs!

Stuart has been great! After some horrendous quotes from national companies with lead times of months Stuart’s was more than reasonable with a lead time of a few weeks.

Always responded to emails promptly and very personable.

New door installed today and couldn’t be happier!

Arranged for replacement french doors to be fitted. Initially Stuart was very helpful and up until day of fitting extremely happy.

After fitting noticed damage to our tumble dryer - Stuart denied any liability after contact. Contacted further as noticed a fault with the doors, tried emailing and calling to chase - eventually Stuart’s Wife answered and accuses me of harassment. Is harassment classed as a few emails and calls trying to arrange them to come back and put right the faulty work?

Following Covid19 restrictions, chased again. Advised of a AM appointment - when calling at 12:30pm to find out why no-one had arrived Stuart’s Wife starts on me again and accuses me of “having a problem” and “never known a customer like you”. This was purely from a polite call chasing why no-one arrived when agreed.

Doors eventually adjusted by a friendly worker.

I can happy say I’d rather pay double and give business to any other company rather than use this company ever again. Avoid unless you want to be ignore, accused and have to regularly chase...

If you don't know who I am, how did you know where to send threatening messages on private ?
This is not defaimation, it is the painfull, honest truth about my experience as a customer of yours. The truth hearts !
If you don't take action to my complain I will not stop. I will add pictures of the trail of issues I am frustated about

Please, please reply to my email. I am tired to chase you for something you promised to come and finish. Please bring the right parts for the front door as promised and use your integrity to discuss all the other issues that I have raised with you for the past 2 years or more .
It’s been over 4 months waiting for the front door parts. Four months ago you came with the wrong size parts and never returned as promised.I have waited for the wrong parts few months as well. Please put yourself in our shoes and treat us the way you would like to be treated.

Recently had a new door fitted. Done to a great standard and very tidy while working. The door hinges needed adjusting 2 weeks later (which is nothing unusual) and he was there to sort it less than 12 hours after sending an email. Great service.

Ordered a composite door, Supplied very quickly, quality excellent , went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted and workmanship was excellent, very professional, and would recommend to anyone, can't say the same about DL windows who supplied my windows, wish I had found RHL before getting them from DL , as would have been a lot happier.
