UPDATE 2023: It looks like people have got into the habit of posting the photos of the opening hours which is fantastic... Although it can be a bit confusing as to which is the most recent as the post office don't put the year on the sign. However If you go to the photos section - you can click on 'latest' and hopefully the newest hours will be there.

My experience of the staff has always been good, they have been polite and friendly. The problem is trying to figure out when the delivery office is actually open... it's a bit like playing 4th dimensional chess.

The opening hours are NOT listed on the Royal Mail website - despite assurances they are. The times on Google maps only seem to be correct twice a year. It seems the only way to know if they are actually open is to turn up - which is not great if you have to travel to do so.

Please put your highly-changeable opening hours online.

The opening times on Google are wrong. Royal Mail staff at Radstock told me they keep telling Google to change to correct times but to no avail. I have tried suggesting an edit myself - not sure if it will be actioned. Check Royal Mail's own website for correct opening times to avoid a wasted journey!

We have a small business with no letter box. Which means that during this period we have to rely on collecting our mail from the Radstock delivery office.

Opening hours on the website and Google say 9-4. Shut at 14.30 and still at 15.00. No sign to explain why. So frustrating, it would take somebody under a minute to update.
