What's going on here? It seems that the council cares more about what others shouldn't do than what they should be doing and that means putting a container and a garbage can 🗑ī¸ so that people who visit the lake don't have to throw their garbage on the ground. I'm tired of picking up other people's garbage simply because this is a public service and it is a need for every citizen.

Kind of ok lakes. The lakes themselves are fine but hard to find a use case for enjoying them - not many open views for photography, no open places for setting a picnic and limi9ted scenery for drone photography. I am attaching photos so you can see what they look like from a drone.

Really nice place, much bigger than it looks initially on the map. There's some space for parking. Walks can be varied in length from 40min to 3-4 hours.

Great spot. Lovely walk with the dogs. Particularly now there is a car park and nice paths. Ignore the miserable sods that want clear vistas and immaculate picnicking equipment, it's a local nature reserve not the eden project....manage your expectations
