Car did pass the MOT but came out of garage a lot worse than it went in - after major works and a £500 after MOT doesn't run right, sound right or feel right. No phone calls as suggested to collect the car, but it's been in out of there - 3times in one week.
No believable explanation.
Doubt the original works were completed now + currently being checked elsewhere.

Blown away by this place. I’ve only used them a few times but they always go above and beyond. Genuinely superb customer service.
I’d accidentally left something there once and never went back for it. I went to the garage again a few months later and the guy recognised me and brought it out to me. The fact that he remembered me and had kept hold of it speaks volumes to their honesty and decency. Highly recommend this place

Great if you want to turn up with a tyre problem or an easy fix job ……
I booked my car in for a engine diagnostic problem Tony said bring it in and he would have a look first visit
He was very busy as usual and put the computer on told me he didn’t understand the result re set so I could use the car for work and booked it in for the work on a Monday morning in a week the car drove for a few days before going into limp mode knowing I was booked in left my car and used taxis to get to work for a week on arrival on the morning I was booked he took my keys and said he would contact me
By half four I had received no call so called him and had the reply I’ve been to busy and not had chance to look at it
The following day I passed the garage in a taxi to see my car was parked in the pub car park across the road
I called Tony at one o’clock ish to check as not received a call reply I’m too busy not looked yet and he would run over the job with one of the lads and have him work on it the following day
Passing the car that evening and following morning in the pub car park at two o’clock called the garage as had no contact again asked the lad how you doing with the car and he had no knowledge of the work and Tony wasn’t in and he would call him and check the situation you guest it passed car on pub car park another night and morning
Pissed of with him by now called at Friday lunchtime still to busy called at five o’clock taking time of work to a raft of bull about how busy and he’s been ill took my keys and drove it away don’t think I will use Tony again he is just happy with the easy money for small repairs and MOT work

My car had an MOT here where they diagnosed an oil leak that ‘wasn’t excessive’. All fine with the MOT however I had to ring to see if my car was ready as they forgot to ring me. My car was then booked in to have the oil leak sorted, booked in for 9AM. All fine when I phoned to book it in, quick and easy. Everything fine when I dropped it off, easy and accommodating. However, I’d heard nothing from the garage so I phoned them at 1pm ‘we haven’t looked at it yet’ which is fair enough, I know they can get busy. I then phoned again at 3.45 and was told the oil was everywhere but they were trying to work out where it was coming from but it was messy. The garage closes at 5.30, I phoned them AGAIN at 5.15 to see what was going on. I was then told the oil was everywhere so I need to go and get it cleaned and then bring it back to them, which I simply will not be doing. Overall communication was absolutely shocking, I was chasing them all day whilst being unsure on what was going on with my car. A wasted day when I thought my car would be fixed, a day messing around with public transport with two children to be told the job hasn’t even been looked at because it’s too messy. Terrible service.

Thank you very much for your shocking repair to my tyre you have cost me a new tyre. the tyre that you repaired was nearly new and you buffed to much material a way before you adhered the patch
