I just moved in this area and first time visit to post office for renewal driving licence unfortunately I forgot my glasses at home and I asked help from reception very rude behaviour that indian man was horrible behaved badly and sent my uncompleted Form to dvla and then I resend again. By myself
Very rude and irritating people not helpfull at all I don't want to visit again 😒

Don't make a journey here to renew a passport or driving licence, as they will only do it by appointment. When I pointed out that it said nowhere on the application that an appointment was required, the sour faced jobsworth behind the desk pointed to homemade signs that were stuck up around the counter.

In sharp contrast. I went on to Farnworth PO, where the friendly and helpful guy behind the desk did the renewal for me in less than five minutes.

Paid this post office for passport digital check and send service, they are suppose to check your application and take your passport photo properly so your application doesn’t get rejected, they took my photo and submitted my application, then a few days later I get an email saying the photo they took doesn’t meet the requirements and it needs re taking, and they also said I needed to submit more documents to confirm my identity even tho the post office said I have all the correct documents. Also they didn’t take me into a room to do the application with me, they done it right at the counter when people were queuing up behind me and they were rushing through it. Terrible service, do not go here.

Wow I can't believe how racist Google are allowing people too be on this review page! Totally disgraceful. People playing the "is it coz I is black card" people blaming the workers nationalities because the post office wasn't open. I'm gobsmacked and I feel obliged too stand up for the workers at the post office. Firstly there is normally one man working there by himself all day, so please excuse him if he hasn't got time too bow down and shine your shoes at the same time as serving so many customers. I find this post office very convenient, friendly staff member, always very helpful. Shame on you all! you racist small minded people. You're whats wrong with this country. And before you think different, I am a white British citizen, which I'm embarrassed too call myself sometimes and hope people never tarnish me in anyway like you lot.

I love this Post Office. Friendly guys, there's usually always 2 people serving and never usually a queue. Just as a Post Office should be 😃📦

I visit today my local post office early opening times. Working there young men. He is very professional and helpful. It’s December and -4 degree. In this brunch is no heating, it’s absolutely disrespectful for clients and for this nice man who is a showcase of this company. Owner should be ashamed.

Great post office. Most efficient I’ve been to and the least busy. Family that run the branch are pleasant and helpful too!

It’s not the closest to me but it’s the quickest one to be served at.
