Don't often leave a 5* reviews but Jack and the post office team do such a great job. Always friendly, efficient & helpful across my business and personal banking. Especially when I've left posting cards to the last min.

Most incompetent staff ever. They’ve wrote down in their system the wrong postcode for my student finance application and they’ve lost my parcel , been waiting 10 days, paid for tracked delivery 1st class for them to mess my entire application. These incompetents are ruining people’s lives. Post Office please train your staff, this service is unacceptable. I have called them today and 3 days after my parcel was supposed to be delivered and all they told is that my parcel will still be delivered even though they’ve added the wrong address in their system. Today they’ve hung up on me . Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting service.

Update 28/8/23
Recently a change in the team has reverted this to being above, friendly and super efficient service. Highly recommended and James was excellent.

Jenny the manager is horrifically rude. My husband has decided he will only use the Melton Road Post Office in WB now as he can’t bring himself to go in and be ignored or generally felt insignificant any longer. My experience has not been any better. I must say that my interactions with the other staff have been fantastic.

What an awful experience. The lady serving was so miserable. If you want to serve whilst looking like you're chewing a wasp you shouldn't be in a public facing role. What a shame as the staff in the West Bridgford Post Office on Loughborough Road are so nice. Perhaps the staff at Radcliffe-on-Trent should visit to see how it's done.

Looks really nice & welcoming since it was done up, very helpful & bright staff and an Amazon pick-up point to boot!! All in all, a great local post office for Radcliffe 🙂
