As a long-term customer, I’m disappointed by the recent decline in Rackspace’s customer service. Delays and a lack of focus on customer needs have become prevalent, affecting my business. The support team’s slow response and resolution times are not what I expect from a reputed provider. I urge Rackspace to improve their service to uphold their reputation and customer trust.

This company has seriously deteriorated over the past 10 years. They used to answer their customer service calls within 1 minute and were legendary in support. Now they do not even answer their support calls after waiting 2 hours on the phone line. After waiting 2 hours on their support line, the line just automatically cuts off. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. We will be switching away from them.

It's Saturday 17:15 as I write this review and my last received emails were yesterday 7am. That's over 1.5 days of missing emails and communications.

The worst thing? It seems all those emails will not ever arrive meaning I have lost out on potential business as well as hindered my reputation on my customer relations with my client base.

Totally unacceptable from what I thought would be the safety net of a veteran company in servers and security.

I have followed Rackspace' guidance on migrating to Office 365 but Microsoft' clunky registration process to become a partner is a longwinded process in which now is blocked by a review which will take 3-5 days

Meaning I can't do anything right now.

I have been using rackspace for a few years. They were very good so I moved all my clients to them but then level of support has gone down so much. Most of their online chat people don't even understand the question. They all give different answers and wrong information too. Ticket system has gone nearly dead. They don't even deal with tickets. I sent about 15 messages and they replied after months. I would move away from this firm now. Very disappointing.
Update: they don't even reply to very important issues. Chat support is totally useless. No answer to tickets. Very careless.

Very poor service. I needed help when I was locked out of my server and the response was to pay for managed support and what is extortionate fees for a sole developer. Very inflexible, I feel they no longer wish to entertain smaller customers. I moved to Google and have been happy ever since.

Not happy with the service I have received from Rackspace. We set up their ObjectRocket service recently, which was priced at $23 per month on their web site for a 1 GB plan. They have billed us for $114 per month. Their support staff claim that there is a minimum size of configuration of 5 GB but this is not stated on the web site. Meanwhile, Rackspace continue to take $114 per month from my credit card.

Rackspace going broke Bullying and threats of suspension for $40 bill. Be very wary of Rackspace if you are a small growing company. Things have changed at Rackspace, staff love it customers hate it. Not for a small business and no manners
