This garage has rave reviews for customer service and work. So I called the garage on a Friday and booked in for 2 new tyres and oil change. Gave the lady the spec of my current tyres. She said would get me a quote .
Heard nothing.
Monday afternoon called again. The lady hadn't got the quote. No big deal.
I rang again on Tuesday lunch time.
Oh you are the lady who wanted cheap tyres...she said. Apparently the tyres on are cheap.
Promised to call back in the afternoon with a couple of quotes as I don't want cheap tyres. Still waiting and the garage is about to close.
Just not feeling the great customer service.
I will go elsewhere .
But I do need to know the cost before I say yes go ahead. Really disappointed.

These guys are really helpful, they just can't do enough. Great job finding an issue with my vehicle and sorted it within hours so I could get back to work and I use my car for work everyday. I will for sure be back for my service.

Amazing garage! Jenni and the team came to my rescue when I broke down, 250 miles from home, driving to a work meeting. After the car was recovered to them, they quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by first thing the next morning, so I could get home as planned . On a stressful day, their friendly, sympathetic approach made a massive difference and the speed in which they got my car back on the road exceeded my expectations. I wish this was my local garage. Huge thanks.
