It's a really nice , quiet place. You can have a long walk, need the the river, and even get to sheerness only by walking. 👌
Queenborough is two miles (3 km) south of Sheerness. It grew as a port near the Thames Estuary at the westward entrance to the Swale where it joins the River Medway.

Used to live in Quennborough back in 2015. It's a really nice a quite place. You can have a long walk need the the river and even get to sheerness only by walking.

Everyone very friendly and super helpful, have given only four stars as there was no water available at the time of our visit (not their fault but an issue with the local supply upstream). The local council and/or water company really need to support small businesses like this with a much better service.
