Put cover under steering column back broken with 1 screw just holding on.
His customer service was appalling, kept on talking over me. Would not listen to me and eventually lost his temper with me and told me to my business elsewhere.
Would not recommend Q1 purely on his dishonesty and bad temper.

Always used this garage and always received a good friendly service. Had my car service and Mot done by them again this year, everything was fine up until recently when my battery went flat, rang them up and the mechanic offered to come collect the car for me and sorted it out straight away no charge. Would definetley recommend.

Needed an MOT but my usual garage busy. Tried Q1, they fitted me in the same day, and carried out the two repair s needed next day. Cost very competitive, and not charged for unnessesry work. Q1 may now become my "usual garage".
