Last week I called in because one of the lenses had fallen out of my spectacles - not only did Debbie re-fit the lens but she also kindly fitted new side arms and nose pads at the same time all without charging me and even gave me a new case as well.

Damaged my sunglasses frame and went to Pursers. The front of house staff were very friendly and although the optician was not in they kept my glasses so I wouldn’t need to pop to shop again. The next day they called me letting me know that the glasses were ready to be picked up. Amazing service! Would highly recommend them!

My family have been using Pursers in Purley for over 25 years and have nothing but praise for them.
The eye tests are very thorough and things are explained very clearly.
I've had no problems with the various glasses I've purchased from them.
Last week, I had a sudden problem with my vision and they agreed to see me at very short notice even though they were already full. My eye test was again very systematic and thorough and the diagnosis was reassuring.
So I've nothing but praise for Pursers!

Pursers is always reliable, friendly and professional but this time the team went above and beyond. Debbie, the receptionist moved patients around in order to fit me in for an urgent eye health check. I didn't see my usual optician but still received excellent service and care. Thank you, Pursers.

Pursers is a friendly opticians in Purley. Rishi gave me a thorough eye test and we had an excellent discussion over my requirments and concerns. On choosing new glasses, Pursers have a reasonable range of frames and Ren gave me very good advice on the different types of lenses available. Pursers are part of a small London chain, but they still give a personal service.
