I went to this post office today. There was a queue of 14 people in front of me with 2 very slow people serving. I had a large box to send off and I had carried it to the post office with a cord tied around it for ease of carriage. I have an injured hand and have a walking stick. When I eventually got to the counter I was told to remove the cord. AFTER Uremoved the cord I was told to put this huge box on the scale. I struggled lift the box with my injured hand. The woman who was serving me didn't care that I was struggling to lift this box. Then I was told to turn the box for her to see the address. Again, I struggled due to the injury .I asked about my choice of postage and she mentioned 2 different costs but gave no explanation of why the difference nor about the expected delivery date. When I asked about the difference, she was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. She could not clarify why the difference in cost. Of course I then had to struggle to lift the box down to put it where she instructed.

The people in this post office couldn't care less about customer service. Neither do they care about elderly or disabled people who come into their post office.

The post office in Croydon is a bus ride away but I will go there next time. They are polite, better trained and value their customers, disabled or otherwise.

On my numerous visits to the post office, I come across this lady at the counter, in her mid 60s, she simply lacks basic knowledge of her job and unnecessarily argues. It is clear she needs proper training to handle customer inquiries more efficiently and politely.

Never given such a poor rating but my goodness… customer service definitely is not their strong quality, let alone a quality that’s even remotely present.

A year or so ago, they made me feel like an idiot, leading me to significant anxiety and today… quickly dismissive about not scanning a return code (even though most places offer that and/or offer a solution).

I really will hesitate going back here in the future…

I went there to get an Oyster card and get a monthly bundle for bus and train on 21st June (Friday) which cost 94.90£ which I used from Friday afternoon till Saturday evening. On 23rd June (Sunday) the Oyster card declined. I checked how much money was on it and it was 0.00£
I’m so upset. Why do I pay 94.90£ for a monthly bundle and there is 0.00£ on my Oyster card in two days time. Daylight robbery. I will follow up for my money

These guys are amazing, imagine the complexities of the Post, Amazon, Evri, pick up, collection and sending of items. Just you try and do it yourselves

Rude and unhelpful staff, treating the customers with rudeness, a lack of courtesy and disrespect. Prepare to be insulted there.

Update: I have noticed some improvements to the way they treat customers lately.
