Awful train station no disabled access always cold no staff around to help you. The ticket office is always shut. On Sundays the train service is every 30min. Doesn't feel safe this station. Could do with a revamp.

Bit of a strange station as all platforms accessed via underpass. Platform 1 is rarely ever open except during engineering works. The ticket office is on platform 2/3, there are toilets (code needed) and a waiting room. Would feel safer if staffed more frequently but isn't an unsafe area. It would be great if they could increase the services back to every 15 minutes as it was before covid.

Sharing on behalf of my father who accidently left his passport bag on a bench on his way to travel back to Canada via this station. Approx 1 hour later he came back and the staff was kind enough to have kept it aside for him. We really appreciated the efforts of the staff as without their help my father would have been stranded. Thank you team Purley Oaks!

Small-ish station with basic amnesties, if you can call them that. No step free access here and there are shelters, seating and a part time ticket office is there too. Along with some toilets and a car park.

Served by local trains exclusively so if you want access to faster services or need step free access, use Purley or East Croydon instead.

Not only could the station do with an aesthetic revamp, but what about access for less abled people? People with luggage? Pushchairs?! The facilities to help people here are shockingly bad. Such a shame.

Used to be nice station years ago.but staff only one is rude.unhelpful.also in rush hour the station needs two ticket booths.there is often ques from ticket office down into subway.
