If you are unlucky like me to be 50+ you're going to be upstairs. No lifts, no toilet in the building either which would be great. Good public transport links but there's a steep pathway leading up to the job centre. Comes out opposite side of the road. Then step's up to the job centre entrance. Purley train station is located very close. Train from East Croydon 7mins approx.

Wonderful warm and friendly service if you're in the building, but it is completely impossible to get in touch with someone via phone or email. I've had to just show up a few times to get things sorted

Always find the staff helpful and friendly. No lift which is a bit of a bummer if you have an appointment upstairs and have a pram or wheelchair. Premises always very clean and the security guards make you feel safe.

Not been to job centre in years but found a particular security staff rude just cos i got confused with who i was seeing cos I have not been to a jobcentre in years, the person i was seeing was friendly enough though but over all never want to go here again

If you'd like to be spoken down to by someone and be met with a blank stare when you ask if they can help you look for a job then come to this sty. Full of useless people who are eager to justify the existence of their job. They've never called me on time for an appointment or anything.

Reall friendly staff and security staff ….you cannot criticise an entity that provides a service for one to get a job …it’s your responsibility to reach your goal in getting one with the help of the great staff here. 👍
