Have just moved dad after a long battle with this home, 5 safeguardings and CQC involvement, falls, abuse from staff and an escape from secure unit due to faulty door, management are not good, no permanent manager lasting for any period of time , staff levels poor, ability to deal with dementia poor, eventually given option, do one to one care ourselves or leave !! We left.. Best decision, wish we had done a lot earlier, home gone downhill majorly since avery takeover... be advised !

After extremely poor care at another nursing home, my mother moved to Signature at Purley. She received excellent care and was so much happier. Staff were always friendly and helpful, food was outstanding, home was spotlessly clean and lady who was in charge of laundry was so kind and took pride in her work. Staff always considered my mums needs and kept me fully informed. Thank you so much everyone at signature and thank you for caring for caring for my mum in her last few weeks.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Moved our relative recently due to severe neglect that has been upheld by safeguarding. It may look state of the srt but I wouldn't trust them with my ort hamster.

I have visited Signature Purley on a number of occasions and always receive a warm and friendly welcome.
I visit a number of residents, all of which seem really happy living at Signature.
All of the staff seem really happy, always hear laughter from the staff and residents.
I think the biggest compliment I can give would be that I would have no hesitation in my parents living here.
A big 5 stars from me.

Signature at Purley is a lovely, welcoming home where you can see how much the residents enjoy the facilities, activities and high quality food that is provided. From the moment I got there I was treated with such warmth and such a committment to ensuring we were looked after. This coupled with the great location, Purley is a fantastic home for anyone looking to stay there.

Purely is a fabulous home, I visited here regularly as a volunteer, and the team are always so engaging with residents. There is always something going on for everyone. The food always looks delicious too, I always wished I could stay longer and enjoy lunch!
