Second time I’ve stayed here and it was just as awesome as I remember!
The facilities are brilliant, the parking is spacious and the security is fantastic!
Special shout out to Kat in the cafe, always serving with a smile and positive attitude! Food is pleasant and portion size is more than sufficient!

First time I've stayed here.
The parking is pre booked so you know you will get a space.
The parking area is all tarmac so clean and tidy.
You get shown where to park by security depending on what time you are leaving.
The showers and toilets were very clean and you didn't have to keep pressing a button every 10 seconds to keep the water on.
I didn't eat in the cafe as I didn't like the look of the food on offer. I found a lovely little pub just along the river called the wharf and the food in the pub is excellent and actually cheaper.

All in all as truck stops go it's very good for the facilities and the cleanliness of the site. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is I didn't eat the food on offer as I just didn't like the look of it.

Decent place to park. Helpful staff that guide you to your space too. Always manage to get in to park for the night. Cafe served good food too. Only gripe I've got is that there's maybe only 1 shower door with a lock on.

Lovely and quiet overnight. To quiet at times (I can't sleep) after being used to staying in layby 's and being used to hearing traffic all night.
Easy and convenient fuel/ad blue.
Takes snap and key fuels.
Best thing mobile data works great unlike round the corner.

Stopped at this truck stop for the first time after booking a space through the intruck app and it was well worth it

Had tea at the café and went with the mixed kebab. Kat, the chef, was enthusiastic and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The kebab was fantastic—well-cooked, with great flavor and a generous portion size. While I initially thought the price was a bit high, the portion and quality made it worth it!

Definitely planning to stop here again!

Very good facilities here for HGV drivers. Very modern and well maintained. Plenty of parking but obviously can get busy at peak times. I would recommend parking here overnight if you're in the area.

Showers, clothes washing facilities, café/restaurant all on site. 24/7 security with a manned barrier at the entrance. Overall very good.

One of the best Truck stops that I've stayed at without a doubt. And the food is next level as Cheff Kat takes pride in what he does especially the super mixed kebab it's definitely worth a visit and the staff make you feel very welcome and relaxed it was my first time stay at Purfleet Truck Stop and I'll definitely be stopping here again 🤙
