Plenty of parking and you can use the app so it's very easy. Ticket collection out the front, manned kiosk. Easy access and there is usually hot food and drink via a vendor out the front too although none in the station.

seems closed a lot of the time, and toilets are never open. No security so in the evening there are normally yobs hanging around which can make some people feel uncomfortable, all round Southern could be doing a whole lot more.

Came here to pick someone up. Went inside to ask a question about the train arrival time and was given information by a very helpful staff member. There was a warm waiting area with books you could take for a donation to charity. There was a tea bar which was unfortunately closed.
The car park was ample and there were disabled parking spaces very close to the station doors.
Quite a small station but frequent trains which were running to time.

Pleased we have this facility and it's always clean it no taxi rank which is pretty useless when you come home late, a real pity but still lucky to have a good station

Nice little country station. Only issue was the automatic light in the gents cubicle went off after 30 seconds 🙂 but fortunately it wasn't a real problem. I agree with electricity saving within reasonable boundaries. 😉
