I bought a Honda Jazz for my wife from Neil and Glyn last week. I found them very easy to deal with, approachable and friendly. The car was as described, in fantastic condition, a keen price and I was given a fair trade in on my car. As ever when buying a second hand car one has to do due diligence and take it from me people, you need to buy naturally aspirated (non turbo cars) and then you’ll have less issues. A dealer will never know every aspect and condition of the car they are selling. I think if I had to buy another car I’d definitely go back for a chat and see what they have available. DARTS.

I just purchased a lovely little Mini from Pudsey Service Centre and dealt with both Neil and Glyn who were outstanding from start to finish. I felt they were honest and helpful and they made the transaction very easy and sorted out a minor issue with the car key and door lock without hesitation. I would most definitely buy a car from them in the future especially as they are virtually on my doorstep.

Bought a Mercedes CLC from 2008 and giving the age of the car, was in incredible condition aesthetically and the guys here kept it clean and polished. They've done a full mot before I picked the car up and fixed any issues that the car had. One small problem , was that I got the car but haven't drove it for a couple of days and it wouldn't start. I called the service on a Sunday, I spoke with the owner, he was very nice and professional about the situation and next thing on Monday morning they sent a mechanic to my house with a brand new battery, replaced it and now it drives smooth. So for someone who had bad experiences in the past with cars, I highly recomand this place, especially when you think value for your money. I will definitely be checking this place again in future. One happy customer

Bought a fridge van about a month ago, had a problem and put it into my local garage , Pudsey was great in helping us getting this fixed and back on the road again . Bought a car delivered with a warning light on, took almost 4 months to get it fixed with zero communication, when i rang no help had to keep ringing back.

Car was delivered with a warning light on,
You never ever called to update me
You only apologized when i picked the car up,
The loan car had the most awful smell and it didn't feel safe to drive

Bought a car earlier this year delayed collecting the car as they wanted to do a service. Just discovered no service taken place and due to bad oil need an engine rebuild. 3 weeks of having the car discovered electrical issues got told this is not covered by warranty. Would not recommend money down the drain. On collection asked why internal radio not work got told this is not there issue as money was exchanged.

Bought a car from here. Everything went well. But communication can be difficult, no answer on text & only had one reply on email after about 5/6 sent.
Emailed once to ask that a headlight bulb could be changed along side a few other things. Including a sensor fault on Tyre pressure monitoring system could be sorted before hand.
They only cleared it off the dash. Drove 8 miles from pudsey & the car shows yet again sensor TMPS fault. Not a low tyre. A sensor fault.
Due to the distance to pudsey I will sort this from my own wallet. I hoped they would have sorted this on the day of handover not just clear the fault.
I probably wouldn’t recommend my friends or family to come to Pudsey service centre. communication is key not getting any replies can be incredibly frustrating.

Rushed V5 details meant that I never received a log book & had to pay out myself to get this sorted also !!
