I've previously given the library a 5 star review, however after today I wish I could give one of the staff a million stars. I've always found the tall shaven headed guy very helpful and welcoming but today his humanity took him to another level. What an asset to a sadly unused service

Good facilites. Loud, condescending, self-lmportant staff. Noisy chaotic environment, children and adults with no consideration for others.

Apparently libraries are now full of screaming toddlers who aren't told either by their parents or the librarians to quieten down. Libraries have certainly changed a lot since I was a child 20 years ago!
