Item unable to deliver fair enough.
Tracking ref number not recognised.
Look on website for opening hrs- open till 7pm great, drive to royal mail low Prudhoe closed with totally different opening times.
Royal mail, surely the main stay of the business is correct information 👍

Awaiting a RM delivery from Amazon (due two days ago), I checked the progress of the package only to see that it was 'zapped' as received by me yesterday - at the DO!!!

I still have not received the package although, as far as Amazon are concerned, I have.

Are RM falsely recording delivery to improve their stats? Or worse? I don't know and, with their ridiculous opening hours, it's difficult to check.

Seriously not impressed.
