Carl and Evan arrived on time and installed our new Vaillant 32Kw combo and took our old Bosch boiler out.
They were super professional and did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Installed in record time.
Carl took extra time to explain how everything worked and put me completely at ease.

Recently had a 32-year-old Baxi Solo system boiler replaced with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000. This was long overdue and my wife was a little nervous about the potential disruption to the fabric of the house, imagining it to be a filthy complicated job lasting a few days. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Carl and his sons were here at 8am, ready to go. By 4:45 pm that same day, everything was done: old boiler, water tank and immersion heater removed, new boiler installed, one leaky radiator valve replaced, outside flue very neatly patched up, Hive transceiver & thermostat up & running, and all controls explained and demonstrated. It restores my faith that there are SOME companies out there - like ProTech Gas Services - who communicate well, work hard, know what they're doing, do it well, and care about what the paying customer deserves. Great job guys !

Carl and the team installed a new combi boiler last week. Couldn’t be happier with the boiler and service given. Carl was happy to give some great advice about the best solutions for us and communications were really good from start to finish. All the team were very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing. There was a real sense of high standards about everything they do, even as far as sorting out some of the issues left by the installers of the previous boiler. Thanks for all your help, I would definitely recommend!

I can thoroughly recommend Protech Gas Services to anyone. We had a very old boiler that started to leak gas and Carl and his son Evan attended within 45 mins of my call and made the boiler safe. I then asked Carl for a quote to remove the old boiler, water tanks etc and to replace it with a new combi boiler and to update the radiators to cope with the new system. I accepted the quote and Carl and his sons Callum and Evan arrived on the date and time agreed to begin work. Replacing our old system was not straight forward to say the least but Carl and his sons overcame each problem with great skill and determination. Carl, Callum and Evan were friendly and polite throughout and suffice to say we now have a modern and energy efficient system which we are delighted with. If you want a Gas central heating problem fixed look no further than Protech Gas Services to do the job for you at a reasonable price.

Just had a new boiler fitted by Callum and Evan. Absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. Managed to replace my old leaky boiler within 1 week and explained the process all the way through and on the day.

Can't fault Carl and his staff if I tried. Leaking boiler at first and Carl was there promptly to solve leak. I knew boiler was ready for replacing so asked about replacement boiler. I was told exactly how much I would pay (fixed cost) and what I would get. They turned up when planned, carried out the work as agreed and cleaned up afterwards. They even did a separate little job for me that was unplanned while they were here. Good advice, very professional and I would highly recommend. Do some research and then go to these guys, brilliant value for money and nothing seemed too much trouble. They were happy to explain everything to us and demonstrate before they left.

Karl and his team were fantastic, our boiler died after many years (yes we were one of the couples that kept saying we’ll get a new one soon after we bought the house but we never got round to it!).

The communication from Karl was great right from assessing the problem before his visit through to the end of the job. The team on the day of fitting were really friendly, very approachable and knowledgeable.
I have already recommended Protech Gas Services to my friends and family for any future jobs that they need doing.
