This agency were responsible for my grandmother's care from March to November 2024 as contracted by Croydon Adult Social Care. There was negligence from beginning to end from medication not being dispensed correctly to procedures around falls not being followed by staff or management, dangerous practice all-round. My family and I feel this company are all about the money over the quality of care - so disappointing and frustrating!

I know I can sometimes bang on about how good some businesses are and I have heard some horror stories about care agency staff, but this set up seems to have got it right!
I didn't choose Priory, I wouldn't have known where to start. They were chosen by the Hospital to look after my wife when she was discharged. we had four visits per day from the team who were all respectful and totally supportive.
The area supervisor Marlin did a lot of the visits and we found her extremely knowledgeable and really caring. My sincere thanks to her and the rest of the team.

Excellent Care Agency. Priory Care gave live in Care for my parents towards their end of life. They really care not only about the client but also their family too. They conscientiously kept detailed records about my parents care and wellbeing. They treat their clients with respect and care like they were their own family. They ensure that they provide what the clients wants and make their end of life as comfortable as possible. Even the Care Manager got involved and went over and above his duty to personally ensure my father was ok. And after my parents departed, they are still giving me support. These people really care. I highly recommend them.
