I wrote my life in the UK test here. I had read lot of negative reviews about this place, so went prepared for a bad experience. However, the staff at the test center were absolutely amazing and professional.

To begin with I parked my car at home bargains, Deepdale road as my search showed there was no parking near the test center and I did not want to stress out searching for parking right before my test. The home bargains offer 2 hour of free parking and is a 12-minute walk to the test center.

Once inside the test center, the whole ID checking and photograph etc. took around 3 minutes and I was doing my test. I did around 60/70 practice tests from the websites https://lifeintheuktests.co.uk/ and https://lifeintheuktestweb.co.uk/

The actual test was much easier than the practice tests available on these websites. I passed first time.

This one start is to much for them the receptionist lady very rude i was having problem with the computers with going on the next question because i have never used a mouse before and when i asked for help the lady kept on shouting at me thinking i was a dog or a animal THESE PEOPLE SHOULDNT BE WORKING HERE i Dont recommend here She is some kind of racist person made me really upset

The ladies staff is to bad and rudely she such a like barking dog first they behaved really badly with people secondly she makes fun of every single person who what wears nobody is rich they shouldn’t make a fun anybody please change the ladies staff?

worst experience of my life. the moment I went in the old lady started shouting without any reason. I cant understand what was wrong with her she must be a horrible person and I wonder how could not replace her with a decent person.
only one person a young muslim girl was having a smile on her face she was welcoming and respectful.
the Male staff inside again no smile grumpy ...what's wrong with this place why can they hire normal people.

The elderly lady at the reception is a super rude ill mannered person .Very very rude, she has no manners on how to talk, I saw her misbehaving and shouting at with everyone else who came for the exam. It's a big shame to appoint such rude people there. She must be a big racist person.
The other young girl for the security check was very professional, polite and welcoming.

Lady at the reception is very rude, shouting and being very sarcastic. The 2 men were formal and polite.
The lady made me feel like I was checking into prison for a crime. Never experienced anyone so rude.

I just want to share what an awful experience I had this morning when taking the Life in the UK test. The way we were treated is not acceptable. I fully understand the need for all the security checks and I agree with them but what I don't agree with is the way it was done.
The communication skills of the staff are not good. I wouldn't even treat a dog the way they treat you. Giving short orders and 100% forgetting to use any manners or polite language. They made me feel like if I was guilty of something or a criminal. Completely unacceptable. People are nervous enough to be taking the test and the full "welcome" (more like unwelcome) experience makes things worse.
I know the rest of the people were feeling the same as we exchanged looks of shock.
I would never go back there and do not recommend it.
