Previously bought pressure washers from them years ago.
Called them out and they fixed one on site. Brilliant job on that front.

We have 10 pressure washers we wanted fixing and or servicing.
They loaded the van up at the end of the day with 4 machines and an extention hose and was going to repair and fix them back at their unit.

1 WHOLE YEAR LATER.
I am still chasing them up about our machines they have. Only to be constantly told "we're waiting on a part" or "I'm unsure we will ring you back in 10mins"
And then here nothing back so I'm having to chase them up again!!

Finally got some answers 3 months ago. That 2 machines aren't worth fixing, so they were going to use those parts to fix the other 2!

Over a year. To fix 2 machines. AND WE STILL HAVENT GOT THEM BACK.

Poor communication.
Always leaving the customer in the unknown.
And I guarantee they won't wait over a year for payment either!

Pressure services always deliver. Have used them consistently over a few years and always more than happy to help. Had a hire machine which the pull cord snapped within 25 minutes they were on site and fixed to get me back working asap.
