Very poor service. Atrocious communication with client.

Under no circumstances use this company. At best the service was adequate, at worst appalling. We were given very poor advice and not kept up to date with proceedings. We were advised not to attend the disciplinary hearing. When there were problems our consultant left part way through without telling us or her employer. Some consultants did not know what they was doing and had a very poor understanding of the dynamics of disciplinary proceedings. They were badly under prepared and easily outplayed at all stages.

When you need HR services, you expect a company to operate ethically and morally. Unfortunately, this is not the case with this company. For a big fat fee they will manipulate any situation for you, totally disregarding moral standards or decency. I would not want to be associated with this company's moral compass . Beware!!!!!
