The staff are consistently friendly and helpful but this post office is ALWAYS chronically understaffed and queues long and lengthy. The self-service machines are always out of use, the reason given by staff is that there are not enough staff to help people with them if they need help (so instead of letting the vast majority of customers who have straightforward needs of the machines and are able to use them independently go ahead and use them and reduce the queues for the counters for everyone, now everyone has to queue for the counter - go figure how this helps matters!). Again, individual staff are great but the management of the branch is appalling and there appears to be no oversight at a higher level of the branch management or the systems in place at the branch as these issues have been ongoing for well over a year without any improvement.

From the offset, I was welcomed with a Warm greeting. We were made to feel relaxed, shukria gave us all the time we needed and all the help we needed to complete four Passport renewals her customer care skills were brilliant.
Her mannerisms great, she was understanding and caring, reassuring intelligent and prompt. having run a business with her level of professionalism. I personally wouldn’t hesitate to employ her. As I would find it a great asset,
we left the post office, relaxed with great peace of mind knowing that all had been done thoroughly and it was a pleasure to spend extra moneys using this service

I went in to renew my passport and Narinder at the Leighton Buzzard branch processed the whole application online for me from start to finish and even took the photo. The whole procedure was explained throughout. I was very impressed with the service.
