I was a newbie to mindfulness and I did Bonnies course and found it absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect combination of theory and practice. As a young professional in a stressful work environment I use some of the lessons Bonnie teaches on a weekly basis. I highly recommend Bonnie’s Stress Reduction Mindfulness course for anyone who wants to build a bit of calm into their day and create a space free from worry or anxiety. The breathing techniques are so helpful as well as the guided meditations. Bonnie’s wonderful sense of humour avoids the course becoming too seriously introspective, and the shared observations of the group were so valuable. It helps build new positive habits - and have fun at the same time! I thought it was so good I have recommended it to friends and colleagues.

Bonnie is a great teacher and combines knowledge, experience and humour is a way that makes using mindfulness in your life work. All of those woven together with an effective use of technology so that you can utilise all her tools at home. I did Bonnie's 8-week course during Lockdown 2020. Her sessions are interesting and well-planned. During the sessions everyone is encouraged to participate and contributions are always valued. Graduate sessions are equally interesting and enjoyable. Bonnie has a friendly and welcoming manner and her great sense of humour makes her sessions fun to be a part of.

When I heard about the Mindfulness & meditation course that Bonnie was due to run in Goring, I was definitely curious. Whilst I'm fortunate in not having a particularly stressful job, we can all do with some time for calm relaxation and reflection. To be honest it wasn't "my kind of thing"! But I thought I'd give it a go.
The course not only met my expectations, it far exceeded them! Bonnie has a unique style that I really enjoyed and I found the whole course thoroughly enjoyable. So much so that I've continued what I was taught and have to admit that it really is now "my kind of thing".
Whether you're clear that you need a course like this, or just mildly curious, I'd highly recommend that you enroll.
