We cannot thank Spencer and the team at Pet Transport Services enough. Nothing phased them from traffic problems to a cancelled ferry causing delays they just took it in their stride ensuring our dog and cats were expertly cared for and delivered safely to us. The communication from point of booking to the delivery of our pets was amazing with messages throughout transport with photo updates of our pets giving us the reassurance they were doing well and being expertly cared for. Our dog is an incredibly nervous traveler and on arrival he bounced out of the van as if he was the most confident travelling dog we have ever had. That can only be down to the expert care from the team. Thank you so much to all involved and should anyone be looking to transport pets then they should look no further than Pet Transport Services.

Look no further for your pet transport needs. The van is beautifully outfitted with everything your dog could possibly need for a relaxing journey. We were promptly and clearly helped with all of the logistics and paperwork needed for the process of getting your dog into the UK. Upon collection, the team instantly made my dog feel happy and at ease despite her deafness and poor vision. I was able to track the journey in real time and was regularly updated with photographs of her adventure. On top of everything else, they completed the journey from Marbella to the UK in under 3 days! Genuinely a first class service that I will use time and time again.

I couldn’t recommend them more. I started planning my trip about 3 months in advance. From the booking process to the moment of the trip, Jodie was very communicative throughout. There was great clarity regarding the necessary documentation, how to prepare your dog, etc.
At the time of the trip, I met Mandy and Stephen in person. Mandy was the one who received Raúl. You can tell she loves animals, and Raúl sensed it right away, as the chemistry was instant.
The trip lasted a little over 24 hours. They kept me updated throughout the journey and shared their location in real time via WhatsApp.
I finally received Raúl in Madrid, and it was clear that he had been wonderfully cared for.

We used Pet Transport Services twice this summer to take our dog Valentina from the UK to Spain and on the return journey. The entire process was fantastic both ways. Jodie offered very clear guidance and support on preparing all the necessary paperwork, vaccinations, and vet checks. The vehicles themselves are very comfortable, modern, and safe and we felt Valentina was in excellent hands with Stephen and Mandy, who were great at communication, provided us with frequent updates, and were even able to take care of Valentina for an extra night when the journey took shorter than expected. The journey was quick both ways, pricing was very reasonable, and most importantly they really took the stress out of the entire experience. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, a million times over! To say I was apprehensive about transporting my four fur babies out to Spain would be a huge understatement! But I can honestly say after pick up and a few teary see you soons I felt completely at ease!
These guys have got it right and they are genuine dog/animal people!! It was comforting knowing that Stephen and Mandy had done this trip many times before and they knew the route/roads and what to expect along the way. Upon pick up Stephen did all the necessary paper checks and Mandy helped me emotionally ? In that moment this was exactly what I needed, thank you
Mandy kept me updated the whole trip through and enabled her location settings so I could follow their progress which again was really comforting, we also got pictures along the way.
Regarding the admin side, things couldn’t have gone any smoother, Jodie was great and sent over all the relevant and required documentation along with a checklist, she checked over everything and was happy to answer any questions I had.
Our gang arrived at their new home in Spain with big smiles on their faces! Wagging bums, happy and healthy - what more could we ask for!
They also arrived ahead of schedule which worked great for us and meant less travel time for the dogs.
They are all thriving from their new life in Spain ☺️

5* Service and first class transport for my little boy.

Pet Transport Services did an amazing job delivering my 11 week old puppy all the way from London to Edinburgh. Such a long way for a little one to travel but Sherrie kept me updated with tracking info and photos on collection and at stops. She was so kind and considerate and I felt my puppy was in the best of hands for his journey. He arrived totally unstressed, happy, bouncy and full of love. Can highly recommend this very professional company. They were absolutely wonderful.
