Very disappointed with the outcome of the treatment for Ant control.
Firstly was not informed on the call out fee to advise if the job was possible however was assured the ants would be controlled reducing the spread of the nests. The traps were placed on top of the nest to control them laying eggs however the ants laid eggs inside the traps and thrived ( see photo). I have called the office with concerns and also spoke to the technician to discuss the issue with the manager, I have waited 8 weeks to agree a way forward with the complaint so will not recommend this company. I have now got 6 new nests

They visited my property to exterminate a wasp nest- charged £70 for 2 minutes work. Within a week the wasps reappeared in exactly the same place. I phoned to schedule a revisit and was told I would be charged another £70 because there was a disclaimer on their invoice even though the wasps reappeared in exactly the same place. I thought because they were a company working for a local borough they would be honest, reputable & trustworthy. How wrong I was. I would certainly not recommend them- the reason I gave them 1 star is because there was no options for zero stars(my true evaluation of them). I am in the process of seeking legal action to recover my money!

Had a technician called Sarah come to visit the house. Really polite and explained to me what the plan of action was. Fully removed the nest from the loft and fumigated upstairs too. If I need this type of service again in the future, I will genuinely call these people and specifically ask for Sarah again.

The customer service was dreadful.
My 86 year old mother said she had bees coming into her bedroom.
The chap came round confirmed she had and said he couldn't help her as they were high up - went to charge her £70, reduced at her surprise to £50. When I phone the office to express my surprise the lady was very rude.

Really friendly and does a great job, we’ve had 2 issues Wasps and Mice on separate occasions and Paul has sorted for us straight away. Super service highly recommend.

My experience with pest Express has been awful.Redditch council need to scrap this company...absolutly no empathy from the Manager...reception staff...and they have failed to sort out the wasp issue ...this is the 3 rd week after treatment and Theres still live wasps inside my house..Iv had to sleep on the sofa...Dispite my telling them that im very partially sighted and have other health issues and a phobia of wasps the attitude has been shocking.The manager told me to go and find a private company and pay.My asthma has flared up re the stress.I do not reccommend Pest Express Redditch.
