I got my steering hose, pump, pressure sensor, and steering fluid replaced and changed at Perivale Motors. Their service was excellent, and I got my car back with a nice car wash. Friendly staffs and very knowledgable to all the requested work. Very easy to communicate with them either via message or phone calls. I would recommend this garage to others.

I took my BMW to Perivale Motor Services for an MOT and to have the coil packs replaced. Aroon and his team, especially Waize, were incredibly friendly and professional. They even managed to fit me in on the same day, which was a huge help. The service was top-notch, and the price was very reasonable! Once again I cannot recommend them highly enough; two days before I was to embark on a 400 mile round trip, the oil light on the dash start periodically flashing orange, with the led statingthere a problem with the oil sensor switch.

I called the garage and they agreed to do a diagnostic test on it the following morning, assess what was needed, and order the part if necessary, and assured me they'd have it sorted that day.

Little did I know that they were busy all day, so the owner (I'm so sorry, I forget your name) was coming in especially to help me as it was his day off.

The diagnostic test showed up it was indeed the oil sensor switch, and after finding the part and providing me with a quote that I agreed to, they ordered it and within two hours we're working on it.

However, whilst under the engine, the mechanic noticed that an electrical lead to the engine was hanging down and on inspection was cut - not an intentional act of vandalism, BTW.

They offered to fix it for me at a really good deal because they were already working on it.

My VW California drove like a dream the whole trip, no flashing lights or problems 🙂

Also! Whilst I was there a friend contacted me about a problem with the fuel injector on their van. I passed the phone, and the van was booked in to be fixed the following day, enabling my friend to do his job with it the day after.

The guys are polite and comfortable to be around, keep in really good contact, have proven to me they go out of their way to help, and do a reliable job.

No complaints at all!
