If I could rate zero then I would.
Terrible service. Never open always excuses. Short staffing , nobody trained,
I had a parcel to collect it was a present for my daughters birthday couldn't get it 1st try Short staffed. Come back tomorrow. Next day I returned to be told nobody trained. Hence to say AVOID

On the post office website it says the post office is open from 6am, they say they open at 9am, just drove several miles to get here. So disappointing and almost false advertising. Looking at other reviews as well, these people need to work when the opening times advertise they do

Stopped using this post office a few months back after being overcharged on a parcel as staff didn't seem to know what they were doing .However i had to go here again last week as the other post office I have started using was closed for a few weeks .Well all I can say is nothing had changed .Was told £3.69 for a large letter .After saying to the staff member that it can't be right as she put the stamp on she looked again and said sorry that's £2.50 having to remove the stamp and start again .If I hadn't said anything that would have been an expensive large letter .

Honestly this post office is a absolute joke! Iv been 4 times to be told the post office isn't open today! Not enough staff there have training apparently. I never get a apologise just get told to try again another day and hope for the best. Staff are really rude in this store. Why advertise your open when you never are? Don't waste your time going here. Use abbeymeads much more friendlier and lovely staff there.

This is the worst post office..if you order anything to this postoffice please forget your delivery.. I have come 4 times to collect my parcel in last 4 days but no-one is available at the desk.. today I went twice and Mr.Richard the manager is busy taking interviews and the lady at desk says don't know how long it will take him to come out.. really ? And 14.00 they will close it and online it says its open until 22.00 such a shame. If they couldn't manage the post office then they should close it.. really disappointing..

My parcel and other people parcels waiting to be collected in this post office the whole week, mine should be delivered in 48 hrs which I paid for, their contact number not working and parcel force want the branch to call them and report the issue while simply they don't care.

The most redundant, useless and problematic post office I have ever encountered. Online opening times is a shambles, post office is open but there’s no one there, if you’ve lucky to get service it’s usually poor.

Just close down the service. You’re not being forced to keep it open, but if you’re going to open for business, OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!! 💆🏽‍♂️

Was in a queue waiting to be served at the post office counter. The man serving was getting very annoyed with the customer he was dealing with and became more and more irate and rude towards him. His manner was awful and when he had finished with the poor customer he just walked off the counter and left me and others in the queue to wait. I would give the review no stars if I had the option. I have never seen such appalling service or behaviour. I understand this person was the actual store manager! Unbelievable!!!
