I was trying to get hold of a particularly difficult to find Asus laptop power supply. They searched around for me and even after finding none available in the UK, carried on and managed to find one in the Netherlands shipped within two days and early morning. Couldn't ask for any better service. Thanks again Leo!

Advertised a monitor as in stock and took payment. Called immediately to tell me they could not fulfil the order and the payment would be returned when it expires without them completing the transaction.

One week later, I still do not have a refund so unable to buy the item elsewhere.

According to my bank, it could take up to 30 days for me to see this money unless the vendor (PCUpgrade) acrively process it as a refund. As yet PCUpgrade have been unresponsive and I am counting down the 30 days.

Ordered two new hard disks, when chased was told they had been sent the wrong disks so could we wait but they did have some others that we comparable so we accepted them. When we received them one made a noise so we ran some tests with crystaldiskinfo, we found to our horror that both disks were not new and had over 26 thousand hours of use on them!

On the phone they are very good and arranged the return in good time even though it was at our cost!

We ordered a custom gaming PC from this web site as the prices were great and they could deliver in time for Christmas. Having a custom PC build is much more complex than you might imagine but Stu kept us updated at every stage in the build process, even putting in more expensive components with no additional charge to get it built quickly. Took 4 working days from ordering to the PC arriving (this was the week before Christmas!). Very happy with the PC and would defo use this company again.

Dealt with Stu at PC Upgrade and he was helpful throughout. He made recommendations based on my quite meagre budget and gave me really helpful advise. This was my first time building a computer from scratch and he was really great at not making me feel like a fool!

When the computer arrived and I plugged it in, turned it on and nothing happened! This was no fault of PC Upgrade's but had happened in transit. A quick phone call to Stu and some photos emailed to him, he located the problem and got me up and running. Really great company - highly recommended.

Stu's service was second to none. I was grief stricken thinking my PC might be beyond repair but he fixed it for me in a very timely fashion with all my data intact at a fair price. There was great communication and customer service all around that far exceed every other PC repair company that I had correspondance with regarding my issue. I would go again for future issues.

Good customer service but as others have stated they don’t have what is advertised on the website. Ordered a pc part on the Friday expecting it on Monday/Tuesday but got a phone call after I emailed to say they have other parts in stock but upon looking more into it they were of a lower spec than I had ordered
