We have a monthly support contract with PCM. We find them to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. In 2 years, we haven't had a problem they couldn't fix. If I'm thinking of buying new hardware, I ask for their advice, and have had some great machines as a result. I sometimes wonder how we ever managed without them.

Update 2024. Still going strong and they give us great service every time. Thanks guys.

We use PCM for our server needs and for IT support. We cannot fault the service we receive from them. We recently had a printer which was a nightmare to set up - Chetan to the rescue! He sorted all our printers out and installed them onto each pc in the company with slight of hand and a sense of humour, when, to be quite honest, I was on the verge of losing mine. I would not hesitate to recommend PCM to anyone needing their services!

Always excellent. We started using PCM on a reactive basis, but by using PCM as consultants for new IT developments, we find we have fewer IT problems than we used to. Our IT was one of the most challenging and time-consuming aspects of my job, but now it's very dependable and we can forget about it most of the time. When there are issues (operator error/ignorance) PCM are on hand to resolve things quickly and sympathetically.
