Well, well, well, let me tell you about my adventure with the Man Tge branch in Thurrock – brace yourself for a rollercoaster of ridiculousness! So, they had the audacity to book me in for a slot between 9 and 10 am, right? Perfectly reasonable, you'd think. But oh no, when I got there, ready to conquer the day, what do they hit me with? "Sorry, you'll have to twiddle your thumbs until 2 pm!" Are you kidding me? It's like they've got a master's degree in time-wasting!

And don't even get me started on the customer service – or lack thereof. The attendant? More like the king of laziness! Instead of getting things sorted, they left me hanging like a wet sock. And when I finally mustered up the courage to complain, what did I get? The classic "Im afraid that is what its." Really? That's the best you've got?

Oh, but it gets better. They had the nerve to charge me an arm, a leg, and my firstborn for a job that should've taken 10 minutes! £128 plus VAT for a key, £220 plus VAT for a code – are they printing money back there or what? And when I demanded answers from the manager, all I got was crickets. Talk about a bunch of clueless clowns!

Seriously, someone needs to enroll these folks in Business Basics 101, because they've clearly missed the memo that time is money! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of that circus – find a branch that treats you like a human being, not a walking ATM!

We had really bad experiences with PCL. I have booked in our mobile crane for a service but they kept on booking it as PMI. The receptionist told our driver that the person who booked the service was useless (me!). Here are some of the evidences that we are not that stupid!!! We want you to service it not PMI it!!!

What a joke of a company. No communication with clients, not a care in the world. Every single time my vehicles were in for PMI for more than 24 hours even if they had no defects to rectify.
Had vehicles for 4 days to 2 weeks in without a single call from them with an update. Had to call every day and same reply, it’s not done yet but will let you know.
Really hoping will not need to go there again

Customer service here is quite honestly a joke. Booked a truck in for PMI for a certain day, phoned up 2 days later to see when it could be picked up as it wasn't done on the day, told another 2 days!! I was clearly an inconvenience for the lady on the phone as well, attitude needs improving.

Proper joke down at the west Thurrock branch definitely need a staff clear out useless getting send on the walk around looking for a vehicle that's indoors being serviced (not the first time) while they all chuck paper balls at each other in the office very unprofessional would avoid at all cost but all the other branches no issues

Went here to buy a replacement addblue cap, and nearly died when they told me it was 80 quid plus vat... yeah go shove that somewhere dark and moist...
