Posting this review on behalf of my father - the whole team helped him resolve an issue on his desktop that he’s been struggling with for six months. They were patient, friendly and persevered despite my father being turned away from other providers who told him the desktop was too old to do anything with. Really helpful and friendly service, helped to identify a problem with a handheld gaming PC, something that lots of other places wouldn't even bother looking at, and diagnosed a very simple issue. Fixed it for a super reasonable £10. Can't possibly complain and would definitely return for any of my computer problems in future

I had my computer 'hacked'. I had very little support from my internet provider but Mark, the manager, was extremely helpful in giving me advice and practical help in how to get the information from the provider, eventually after 8 days and speaking and 'chatting' to 8!! agents of the internet provider information was given and Mark was able to solve the problem. My thanks to Mark go out in bundles. Brilliant.

If you have a problem with your computer or laptop, plus screens and printers this is the place to go. Have had to ask for help and assistance on a couple of occasions now for various things. Staff are extremely helpful and approahable, with great service and advice for all your computer needs.
With over 20 years of experience this establishment is foing nowhere. Keep up the great work Mark and the rest of the crew.

Amazing Sevice from Mark and the guys at PC Tech Centre. Their knowledge of PC's is outstanding and the ability to explain problems and give advice is 2nd to none. Ive used them for a while now and never have I been let down by them. Prices are great too especially when you consider the time taken to help and guide you to purchase exactly what you need.
