Had a Pc that would not turn on, i sent a message to him enquiring about getting it repaired on a Friday and he replied very quickly saying i was able to drop it off on Sunday. That same evening i got a message saying that the issue had been diagnosed and resolved and that i could collect the next day. Extremely efficient service and price was much better than what i had been quoted by other companies to diagnose and resolve the issue.
