The Payprop software is saving us valuable time sorting payments and sending statement. It is a state of the art system that takes away all the back breaking tasks of accounting. Particular shout to Ben and Marcus who onboarded us they’re knowledge and expertise of the product is 5 star. Disclaimer this is an expensive software but is worth every penny in time saved and would replace someone in the office doing the tasks

With quite some relief, I have just ended management with an agency that used this software. As a landlord I have had zero access to any accounts for over 2 years. I have had to beg the agency to run annual statements for tax returns. I generally had no idea about any finances.

The agency was unable to re-establish my access. They reached out to PayProp and told them I'd lost my initial email. I had not lost it but it expired.

PayProp told me to reset my password using the link. The PayProp app does not have such a link and I have never had any user credentials. I have only activated the app via the email. It's embarrassing though that PayProp advised a solution that didn't even seem to understand the most basic aspects of their own app.

Lots of agents in this review section cooing at PayProp making their business look more professional. It doesn't it makes you look like a herd of clowns. My experience as a landlord is that it fails to even work at the most fundamental level.

The staff are really friendly, happy to help with any questions and don't rush you along which is great because it is so important to handle client funds correctly.
For a really small business though, I think their fees are high.
